• Provide training, guidance, and support to front desk team members.
• Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and billing processes accurately.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement service improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies to assist guests effectively.
• Prepare and manage shift schedules for front desk staff.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.
Требования:Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain
Basic computer skills
Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language
High school or equivalent education required.
