We’re growing and looking for a Junior Learning Support Specialist to join our remote team. If you enjoy supporting students, parents, and teachers and want to grow in online education, this role is for you.

Compensation

• Salary: $1,000 – $1,300 USD per month

• Bonuses: Additional performance-based bonuses apply and will be explained upon hiring

• Payment Schedule: Twice a month (10th and 25th)

Working hours

• Primary schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

• Work format: 5 days on / 2 days off

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily learning and administrative support to students, parents, and teachers

• Assist with student onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination

• Communicate with families and staff via email, messaging platforms, and calls

• Support teachers with academic and organizational tasks as needed

• Help resolve student concerns, feedback, and basic technical or platform-related issues

• Participate in parent feedback conversations to support student progress and retention

• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine student reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth academic and operational workflows

What we’re looking for

• Comfort working with students, parents, and teachers in an online setting

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Spanish fluency is a strong advantage
