Truck driver recruiter / HR (english)

Our HR department has a new vacancy—this is an excellent opportunity to start a career in HR and develop in this field.

For this job, it is important to have:

English - B2 and above (spoken and written), fluent Russian;

good communication skills;

ability to conduct business correspondence;

attention to detail and organization;

results-oriented approach.

Main tasks:

searching for and hiring drivers in the American market: posting job openings on specialized websites;

conducting initial interviews and organizing subsequent stages;

checking driver documents before hiring.

Schedule:

9am - 5pm USA Central time (Chicago); 17:00 - 01-00 (Mon-Fri) Moscow ;

We offer:

Base salary starts $500 and reaches up to $1000 depending on experience and performance;

Paid internship from day one (1 month) and is paid $300 after completion;

Paid vacation and sick days after 6 months of work
