Senior Fleet Specialist

Job Overview:
Premier Trucking Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Manager to oversee daily fleet operations and manage company drivers. This role requires strong communication skills, quick problem-solving, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trucking environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage drivers and daily fleet operations
• Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and safety teams
• Monitor routes, schedules, and on-road performance
• Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, and route changes
• Ensure driver compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
• Support, motivate, and keep drivers informed
• Maintain accurate operational records

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trucking, fleet management, or dispatch
• Fluency English and Russian is must
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
