IT Specialist / System Administrator

Position Overview

Future Lab is seeking an IT Specialist who is currently based in the UAE to support and develop the company’s IT infrastructure. The role involves working with servers, network equipment, and contributing to the development and maintenance of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers
• Administration of routers and network equipment
• Support and maintenance of office and event IT infrastructure
• Ensuring network stability, security, and performance
• Development, maintenance, and improvement of websites and web applications
• Coordination with internal teams and external vendors

Requirements

• Must be physically located in the UAE and available for on-site work
• Experience with server systems (Linux / Windows Server)
• Strong understanding of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Basic to intermediate web development skills
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and structured approach to work

• Experience with cloud platforms
• DevOps skills
• Experience supporting technology events
