Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company’s affiliate network;
Design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to effectively promote products or services;
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated;
Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets;
Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliate partners, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues;
Stay abreast of industry trends and affiliate marketing best practices, including innovative strategies to improve efficiency;
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business goals;
Prepare regular reports and presentations on affiliate program performance for management review;
Turkish language proficiency -C1, English language proficiency B1-B2.
Requirements:
Proven experience in affiliate or digital marketing with a focus on results-based campaigns;
Strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners;
Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize;
Results-oriented approach, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets;
Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools;
Creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and campaigns;
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a willingness to embrace change;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
