Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education
• Master’s degree (preferred) in TESOL, Education Leadership, or related field
• International teaching certifications (e.g. CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL)
• Minimum 8 - 10 year of experience in Teaching (preferably in learning centres)
• Deep knowledge of modern English teaching methodologies
(CLT, task-based learning, CEFR alignment)
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and level progression
• Ability to select and evaluate coursebooks and digital resources
• Experience with assessment design, placement testing, and progress evaluation
Job description:
Academic Quality & Teaching Standards
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality lessons across all classes.
• Observe teachers regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead academic audits, lesson planning checks, and quality assurance processes.
• Maintain standards aligned with the organisation’s curriculum
Teacher Training & Professional Development
• Organise and deliver training workshops, demo lessons, micro-teaching, CPD sessions.
• Mentor new teachers, new support teachers and interns especially those without strong methodology background.
• Prepare or direct teachers for certifications like TEFL, TESOL, CELTA
• Curriculum Implementation
• Oversee correct use of textbooks, digital platforms, and learning resources.
• Adapt curriculum to local needs while staying within brand guidelines.
• Coordinate special courses: IELTS prep, General English
• Track teachers’ progress and branch performance.
Student Support & Academic Guidance
• Address academic concerns from students and parents.
• Conduct student progress meetings, level based workshops, academic training and debate clubs.
• Ensure student satisfaction and high course-completion rates.
Classroom Observation & Evaluation
• Conduct regular observations (formal & informal).
• Provide feedback, coaching, and follow-up improvement sessions.
• Maintain records of teacher performance and growth.
Communication & Coordination
• Act as the bridge between academic and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Centre Manager on student complaints, retention, and academic KPIs.
• Report academic data and action plans to regional managers.
Leading Academic Projects
• Implementing a new curriculum.
• Developing assessment frameworks.
• Running speaking clubs, workshops, or special events.
• Improving conversion, retention and completion metrics.
Working conditions:
Competitive salary: 22,000,000 - 25,000,000
Full time : 09:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Saturday
Annual paid holiday : 14 days ( Sunday included) holiday once a year after working at CB for a year.
