Customer Service Manager / School Uniform and Services Manager

The International School of Moscow is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager / School Uniform and Services Manager. We offer a unique opportunity to join our international team, dedicated to finest educational services in the Russian market among international programs.

Reporting to: Deputy Head of Finance

Responsibilities:

Uniform Shop Sales

• Handling sales of school uniforms through both offline and online channels, including cash and card transactions;

• Control of goods turnover that fall under Chestny Znak requirements;

• Overseeing stock supplies and ensuring proper control;

• Conducting regular inventory counts;

• Preparing daily and monthly reports (e.g. cash registers);

• Review and approval of documents in 1C electronic document workflow (EDO);

• Communication with external providers (Chestny Znak, Bank technicians, 1C providers) in case of technical issues related to Uniform Shop.

Additional Services

• Issuing and following up on invoices for additional services;

• Tracking payment transactions;

• Compiling necessary documentation for refunds related to additional services;

• Working in 1C with different reports and procedures (aging report, manual adjustments, reconciliation acts etc.);

• Engaging in regular email communication with parents;

• Assisting the Head of Finance and Deputy Head of Finance with various tasks.

Requirements:

• A higher education degree;

• Fluent in both Russian and English;

• A customer-oriented mindset;

• Proficient computer skills and strong communication abilities;

• Prior experience in customer service;

• Capacity to work under tight deadlines.

• Previous cashier experience or experience in clothing sales experience will be advantageous.

• Work experience with Chestny Znak and 1C УТ.
