The R&D Customer Solutions team is responsible for developing customer-specific products, integrated solutions, and feature extensions based on the company’s core platform. The team works closely with Product, Core R&D, QA, and customers to deliver tailored functionality while maintaining the high quality and reliability required in medical-grade systems.
If you enjoy building integrated solutions on top of complex platforms, working close to customers, and leveraging modern tools, including AI-assisted development, this role is for you.
What will you do?
- Develop customer-specific products, features, and integrated solutions based on the company’s core platform
- Deliver new functionality (primary focus) and maintain existing customer solutions
- Investigate and resolve defects in customer environments
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
- Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, and analysis
- Contribute to improving code quality, reliability, and maintainability
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven experience in C# development (WPF / WinForms)
- Proven experience designing and developing integrated solutions involving multiple components and systems
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and complex T-SQL queries
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (code generation, debugging, analysis, or testing tools)
- Solid understanding of OOP principles and software design
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large, complex, and sometimes legacy codebases
- Good English reading, writing, and communication skills

Nice to have
- Experience with services and distributed systems (WCF, Web Services)
- Good understanding of multithreading and Task Parallel Library (TPL)
- Experience with performance profiling and troubleshooting tools
- Background in medical IT systems (HL7, DICOM, medical device integrations)
- Understanding of application security best practices
