Role description:
As a member of the leadership team, the Chief Growth Officer CGO) will be responsible for building and leading the Marketing and Student Recruitment team and delivering to a range of targets including new enrolments, brand, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
These targets will be delivered via the CGO having significant experience in strategy, brand, marketing, digital, communications, social media, sales management, operations, and customer experience.

You have a strong track record and demonstrated experience in launching new products or leading change and inspiring teams toward achieving ambitious goals and strategic priorities in a data-focused and strategic organisation;
You love segmented and strategic marketing plans and adore the challenge of brand building from scratch and can spot something “off-brand” instantly;
You think constantly of the customer and have extensive experience in a customer-focussed leadership role and have delivered programs and content strategies to support an excellent customer experience;
You are a passionate, creative and experienced marketer with experience across all marketing channels, with extensive experience in all things digital including websites, SEM, SEO, digital advertising, and social platforms;
You have experience in customer sales strategies and frameworks (either directly or indirectly worked in partnership with) with demonstrated achievement of targets and ideally have managed a sales team or had a senior sales role;
Strong expertise in leading research and data analysis and making well-informed, data-backed decisions;
You do need experience in consumer marketing and understand consumer segments, and ideally have experience in retail, travel, IT, banking, tourism, or telecommunications and do not need to have experience in the higher education sector.
Experience in media management, internal communications, and public relations ideal but not mandatory.
Understanding of developing new processes, procedures, and policies for a new team, ideal.
