We are looking for a Junior Manual QA Engineer to join the net2phone unite Interface team, which develops frontend and user experience parts of applications for corporate call centers/enterprise calling plans.
As a part of the Unite Interface team, you will work in the international team, testing some API’s, calls and full web applications.
Net2phone product is a large complex system with a lot of components inside and with complex logic of interaction between them.
The QA team also needs to take care of all integrations within net2phone family products.
As a part of our team you will:
- Fix existing tests: review executions and improve stability
- Create new test cases, extend and maintain existing cases in different integration areas.
- Take part in the planning, creation and execution of tests both manual and automated tests using TestRigor.
- Perform tests and reports based on Management priorities and issue escalation.
- Participate in regression testing while preparing for the release.
- Work with API-based Frameworks, web, desktop and mobile.
- Attend Scrum and demo meetings as needed.
- Improve quality metrics of the team.
We expect you to have:
- Have at least 1 year of web, or desktop or mobile testing experience
- Experience in Test Management & QA Software tools such as TestRails or TestOps.
- Eager to learn best practices, new technologies and new approaches, understand where and when to do automation.
- Interested in learning new edges and technologies in automation for non-web projects: VoIP, calling applications, voice applications and video conference.
- Good level of English – B2 or higher.
