Middle-Office Specialist (Global Markets)

Key Responsibilities:​

• Work closely with Global Markets Front-Office traders and other teams to ensure trade execution, and trade capture activities are performed efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all trades are accurately reflected in the trading system and confirmations are sent to counterparties in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage trade positions and provide timely reports to the Front-Office for decision-making purposes
• Reconcile trading positions and P&L between trading systems and accounting systems
• Review trade and position documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the trading systems and other supporting systems are operating effectively
• Provide analytical support to the Front-Office for trade execution and optimization of trading strategies
• Develop reports and dashboards using CTRM systems, Excel, SQL and Power BI to monitor trading activities and provide insights to the Front-Office

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Middle-Office operations in a investment trading company or bank, with a particular focus on derivatives markets
• Strong understanding of trading processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and risk management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop reports and dashboards using SQL
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
• Intermediate+ English
