Business Process Analyst

Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Process Analyst to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to map, analyze, and document our current business workflows in all company levels and their operative divisions.

Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather information on current operations. Create detailed "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps using BPMN 2.0 standards. IDEFO.
- Documentation: Draft, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process manuals, and workflow diagrams.
- Analysis: Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and risks within existing workflows and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.

Requirements
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable logical steps.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in documentation and diagramming is critical.
- Curiosity: A natural desire to understand "how things work" and "why we do it this way."
