Job Description & Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled Officer for our F&D department to handle the following responsibilities:

Formulation Development:
- Work on the development of pharmaceutical formulations, including oral, injectable, topical, or other dosage forms.
- Collaborate with senior scientists to design and optimize drug formulations for efficacy, stability, and patient acceptability.
- Conduct literature reviews to stay informed about the latest developments in pharmaceutical formulation technology.

Experimental Design & Execution:
- Plan and conduct experiments to assess the feasibility and performance of different formulations.
- Collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for formulation improvements.

Quality Control & Assurance:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistency and quality of formulated products.
- Participate in the development and execution of stability studies to assess the shelf life and storage conditions of formulations.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal use, regulatory submissions, and potential publications.

Regulatory Compliance & Operations:
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical formulation development.
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment used in formulation development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytical scientists, process engineers, and regulatory affairs professionals.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field (Required to perform formulation duties ).

Experience: Previous experience in Pharmaceutical F&D (Liquid section preferred).

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of drug formulation, stability studies, and process optimization.
- Ability to operate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (for documentation and literature review purposes ).

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, and attention to detail.
