Beautobe is a B2B2C beauty ecosystem connecting indie brands with the US market. We operate on a hybrid model, a physical Flagship Showroom in Brooklyn, NY, combined with a digital dropship marketplace. We are currently in the active growth phase, solving real logistics and sales challenges for international brands entering the US.
Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to take ownership of our digital platform. Important: Our current product is an early-stage MVP that requires significant structural rework and optimization. You are not coming here to maintain a finished system; you are coming to build and fix.
Your responsibilities:
- Transform the MVP: Analyze the current weak points of the platform and lead the transition to a scalable, stable product.
- Backlog Management: Ruthlessly prioritize tasks. Separate "nice-to-have" features from critical blockers that affect sales and dropship operations.
- Marketplace Logic: Design and improve flows for two distinct users: Brands (Vendors) and Buyers (Salons/Retailers).
- Execution: Bridge the gap between business requirements (Sales Team/Founders) and development. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager in E-commerce, Marketplaces, or SaaS. (Experience with dropship models or 3PL is a huge plus).
- Builder Mindset: Proven experience taking a raw MVP (0 to 1) and turning it into a working product. You must be comfortable working with limited resources and tight deadlines.
- Hard Skills: Ability to write clear technical documentation, create wireframes/mockups, and manage sprints. Understanding of Unit Economics and conversion funnels.
- Language: Advanced English (C1). You will be building for the US market and analyzing US competitors.
