SAP Consultant (ERP and Automation Systems)

SCT Chemicals is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant (ERP and Automation Systems) to support, develop, and optimize the company’s ERP landscape.
The role focuses on ensuring stable operation of the live SAP environment, supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives, and acting as a functional bridge between business units and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes with a focus on automation and efficiency

• Prepare functional and technical requirements for SAP and related ERP systems

• Participate in implementation, configuration, testing, and support of SAP modules (SAP Business One)

• Provide user support, consultations, and end-user training

• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy of master data, and workflow design

• Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and external SAP consultants

• Prepare and maintain process documentation, technical specifications, and user manuals

• Analyze implemented solutions and propose system and process improvements

• Participate in system acceptance testing, pilot runs, and go-live activities

• Support productive SAP environment, including user access management and configuration changes

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Informatics, or Economics

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP consulting, system implementation, or business process automation

• Practical experience with SAP (SAP Business One)

• Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, or finance

• Ability to prepare structured documentation and communicate effectively with business users

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification or formal SAP training

• Experience with other ERP systems (1C, Oracle, etc.)

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies

• Experience working in multi-department or multi-site environments

• English proficiency sufficient for professional communication and documentation
