Manage day-to-day operations of the inventory department.
Maintain and regularly update the equipment register.
Enter purchase orders and inventory movements into the system accurately and on time.
Verify delivered goods for compliance with purchase orders and photo reports.
Conduct inventory counts at warehouses and restaurant locations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between restaurants, storage locations, and system records.
Monitor the quantity and condition of damaged goods.
Manage the flow of broken equipment, including diagnostics, coordination of repairs, and replacements.
Communicate with restaurants, warehouses, and internal teams regarding inventory-related matters.
Requirements:
Residence in regions compatible with U.S. operations, including North America, Central America, or South America, for convenience and effective coordination.
Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness and ability to work both with spreadsheets/data and with people.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Working Conditions:
Part-time position during the initial period.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST).
