Required skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience in web design, with a portfolio that proves it.
• A proven track record of working with corporate identity systems and designing for corporate websites.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• A strong eye for layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of UX principles and a user-first design approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• English B1.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in the B2B or software services industry.
• Experience designing for lead generation and conversion.
