Chief Accountant or accountant

Our group of companies provides outstaffing services (Employment of Record Services) in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia for international clients. We are seeking a Chief Accountant / Accountant. This position is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Calculating employment costs

• Billing

• HR records

• Payroll

• HR support

• Basic tax consultations

• Labor law consultations

• Remote communication with clients

• Tax reporting

• Payment preparation internet bank system

• Travel expense accounting

• Preparing employment contracts

• Communicating with insurance companies regarding employee insurance

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance or technical fields

• 6 years of experience

• Experience managing companies with VAT

• Advance knowledge of Excel is required

• Ability to multitask

• Computer literacy, ability to quickly learn a variety of software

• Fast information processing skills (touch typing, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of tax legislation, ability to find well-thought-out, correct answers to tax questions

• Proficiency in English allowing you to participate in conference calls with clients and answer their questions
