We're searching for Executive assistant (senior level) for medtech startup based in USA time zone.
This is a force-multiplier role — designed to dramatically increase the effectiveness, focus, and operating bandwidth of the CEO.
You will sit at the center of the company’s operating system: managing priorities, shaping information flow, anticipating problems before they surface, and ensuring decisions translate into action. This is a high-trust, high-judgment role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and takes pride in quiet excellence.
If you are energized by responsibility, discretion, and proximity to real decision-making at the frontier of technology, this role will stretch and reward you.
Key Responsibilities:
You will own the operational rhythm of the CEO’s day-to-day and long-term effectiveness, including:
Owning the CEO’s calendar and scheduling strategy — proactively prioritizing, sequencing, and protecting time to ensure focus on the highest-impact work
Managing complex domestic and international travel, logistics, and coordination with precision and foresight
Preparing briefings, agendas, background materials, notes, and follow-ups so meetings are decisive and outcomes are executed
Acting as a trusted coordination point between the CEO and internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners
Managing select purchasing and logistics for the CEO, office operations, and special events or team initiatives, ensuring speed, quality, and sound judgment
Anticipating needs, identifying risks or gaps, and resolving issues independently before they escalate
Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and absolute discretion
Supporting select CEO-led meetings, offsites, and events as required
Taking on ad hoc requests and special projects that directly increase CEO leverage and company velocity
What we are searching for:
Advanced calendar and time-management expertise, with proven ability to prioritize across competing internal and external demands
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to interact directly with executives, investors, board members, and partners
Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate with minimal guidance in high-trust environments
A proactive, systems-oriented mindset—you anticipate problems and solve them before they surface
The ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, and frequently changing environments
Experience in early-stage startups or similarly dynamic settings (a strong plus)
Fluency with modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluent written and spoken Russian
