We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Team Lead to join our Core Infrastructure department.

Your main tasks will be:

• Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure Team

• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT incidents and service requests

• Develop and implement support procedures, workflows, and escalation protocols based on ITIL practices

• Define, track, and report on team performance metrics (e.g., SLA, response time, customer satisfaction)

• Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-impact issues

• Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., Security, Applications) for incident resolution and project support

• Provide regular coaching, training, and development for team members

• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives, ensuring the IT Infrastructure Team is aligned and prepared for changes

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures

• Supporting the smooth operation of all on-prem and cloud corporate services and infrastructures, offices and data centers

• Communication with cloud service providers and data centers

We expect from you:

• Proven experience in a IT Infrastructure leadership role - 5 years

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across server hardware, OS ,and virtualization (Proxmox, ESXI) software, and cloud-based tools: AWS

• Building a cloud infrastructure in AWS from scratch

• Experience with support on-prem data centers

• Deep knowledge and experience in the administration of operating systems of the Unix family (Linux, BSD)

• Develop visualizations in Grafana, providing single pane views for end user experience, infrastructure & security

• Experience with Enterprise logging platform (such as ElasticSearch, Splunk, etc)

• Experience with configuring and maintaining VPN services (OpenVPN, IPSec, WireGuard)

• Experience with Netgane pfSense routing software

• Fluent Russian (spoken and written) and at least B2 level of English

Мы ищем IT Infrastructure Team Lead, который присоединится к нашему подразделению Core Infrastructure.

Основные задачи:

• Руководить командой IT-инфраструктуры и управлять её работой.

• Контролировать ежедневные операции, обеспечивая своевременное и эффективное решение инцидентов и обработку сервисных запросов.

• Разрабатывать и внедрять процедуры поддержки, рабочие процессы и протоколы эскалации в соответствии с практиками ITIL.

• Определять, отслеживать и предоставлять отчётность по ключевым метрикам команды (SLA, время реакции, удовлетворённость пользователей и др.).

• Выступать точкой эскалации для сложных или критичных инцидентов.

• Сотрудничать с другими IT-командами (безопасность, приложения и др.) для решения инцидентов и поддержки проектов.

• Проводить регулярное обучение, наставничество и развитие сотрудников команды.

• Участвовать в IT-проектах и инициативах, обеспечивая готовность команды инфраструктуры к изменениям.

• Обеспечивать качественное документирование инцидентов, решений и стандартных операционных процедур.

• Поддерживать стабильную работу всех корпоративных сервисов и инфраструктур — как on-prem, так и облачных, включая офисы и дата-центры.

• Взаимодействовать с поставщиками облачных сервисов и дата-центрами.

Наши ожидания:

• Подтверждённый опыт руководства IT-инфраструктурой — от 5 лет.

• Отличные навыки диагностики и решения проблем в области серверного оборудования, операционных систем и виртуализации (Proxmox, ESXi), а также инструментов в облаке AWS.

• Опыт построения облачной инфраструктуры в AWS с нуля.

• Опыт поддержки on-prem дата-центров.

• Глубокие знания и опыт администрирования операционных систем семейства Unix (Linux, BSD).

• Умение создавать визуализации в Grafana, формируя удобные единые панели (single pane of glass) для наблюдения за пользовательским опытом, инфраструктурой и безопасностью.

• Опыт работы с корпоративными платформами логирования (ElasticSearch, Splunk и др.).

• Опыт настройки и сопровождения VPN-сервисов (OpenVPN, IPSec, WireGuard).

• Опыт работы с маршрутизаторным ПО Netgate pfSense.

• Свободный русский язык (устный и письменный) и английский не ниже уровня B2.
