- 5+ years of experience in digital content, ideally within media, entertainment, or brand publishing.
- Proven track record of growing traffic through SEO and digital storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of web and social media platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, CMS systems.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) or mobile-first content editing tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
- Understanding of brand and tone of voice, and ability to apply it in all outputs.
- Strategic thinker with an eye for analytics and user behavior.
- Self-starting executor who can lead projects and get hands-on when needed.
- Curious, adaptive, and deeply in tune with digital content trends.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Media Marketing Manager in developing and executing digital strategies that drive traffic and conversion across direct and indirect online channels, with a focus on key feeder markets.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and publishing of original, brand-aligned digital content to engage target audiences.
- Maintain and optimize the product’s presence across brand.com, OTA platforms, metasearch engines, and online listings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to assess content quality, pricing, and promotional positioning, ensuring the brand maintains competitive visibility.
- Manage and grow the product's social media presence, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and optimize digital acquisition channels, including SEO, paid social, display advertising, and metasearch, in coordination with external partners and agencies.
- Launch and optimize a content SEO strategy
- Increase non-paid traffic and engagement by XX% across owned platforms.
- Secure 3–5 recurring content partnerships with third-party social media platforms relevant to brand.
- Deliver a measurable increase in brand visibility in external platforms.
