What You’ll Be Doing
1. Regional Business Management
  • Develop and implement operational plans for sales across the North Region.
  • Monitor performance, forecast results, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to top management (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
2. Organizational Leadership
  • Manage business structure across 8 cities.
  • Plan and execute yearly, quarterly, and monthly operations for field teams (IBM, BDM, TSM) and office staff.
  • Define KPIs, conduct evaluations, and implement performance management systems.
  • Organize and lead business meetings, workshops, and annual schedules.
3. Distributor Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement standard operating modules for distributors.
  • Monitor key indexes (IMS, stock levels, coverage, MPP, finance) and report to top management.
  • Execute promotions, motivation programs, and new product launches.
  • Conduct regular meetings and annual performance reviews with distributors.
4. Sub-HQ Coordination
  • Align regional operations with HQ standards and processes.
  • Facilitate communication between HQ, top management, and regional teams.
  • Develop indirect activities for rural markets.
5. Performance & Cost Management
  • Track and analyze sales performance by SKU, city, and team.
  • Manage budgets and monitor costs for efficiency.
  • Simplify and unify activity indices for better effectiveness.
6. Additional Responsibilities
  • Improve task efficiency and reduce non-productive costs.
  • Reinforce compliance with company policies and work ethics.
  • Represent company leadership and act as liaison for expatriate executives.
  • Support special projects and direct-grade tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hard & Soft Skills: Business & Sales Operations, Data & Reporting (Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools, Creating structured reports, Data-driven decision-making), Adaptability & Agility.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Education: University degree required in Business, Finance or related field.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours: 08:30–17:30.
