Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher

We’re expanding our logistics team and looking for new dispatchers to help optimize transportation networks across the U.S. If you have experience in load management and know how to communicate effectively with drivers, we want you on our team to help ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Assign and book loads for drivers

Negotiate pricing with brokers and shippers for each load

Provide drivers with detailed load information and instructions

Track cargo orders and ensure all transactions are accurately logged and valued

Monitor deliveries, ensuring they arrive on time, and maintain accurate logs for all loads

Company Requirements:

English: Intermediate level or higher

IELTS score of 6.5 or better (preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Excellent self-management and problem-solving skills

Work Conditions:

Salary is always paid on time

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (6 PM - 3 AM)
