Sales & Customer Representative (Evening Shift – Washington, DC Time)

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Eastern Time

Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales & Customer Representative (Evening Shift) who can communicate confidently and provide world-class service to clients. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, helping customers understand our services and assisting them through the process from inquiry to completion

Compensation:

• $1,000/month base salary
• Performance bonuses based on results
• Responsibilities
• Respond to client calls, messages, and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Explain services clearly and accurately (apostille, notarization, legalization, etc.)
• Manage and update customer information in Zoho CRM (training provided)
• Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain excellent communication records and follow company procedures
• Meet monthly performance and conversion goals
