Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver architectural drawings for airport construction in compliance with local norms and standards;
- Provide design drawings, specifications, and monitor deliverables throughout the project;
- Coordinate with site execution team and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained;
- Lead design localization efforts and adapt drawings in coordination with foreign consultants;
- Conduct meetings and presentations in local language to discuss schemes and deliverables with stakeholders.
- 5-year degree program in Architecture
- Valid license to practice architecture in Uzbekistan
- 5-6 years of experience in commercial building design
- Thorough knowledge of Tashkent building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Revit (including architectural sheet creation) and AutoCAD
- Prior experience working on BIM platforms with multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Photoshop/SketchUp
- Expert proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek languages
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Experience with local adaptation of drawings in coordination with foreign consultants (preferred)
- Work on a prestigious construction project in Tashkent
- Collaborate with international consultants and local stakeholders
- Full-time position based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
