Your day-to-day:
- Drive the implementation and support of digital solutions for smoke-free-products, collaborating with Marketing, Digital, IT and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects: define scope, technical specifications, plan resources, milestones, and timelines/budgets; lead execution with IT, dev teams, vendors, Region, and business stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize projects in Jira: oversee ticket lifecycle from creation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and quality outcomes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
- Support and enhance digital platforms (websites, apps, CRMs), ensuring timely developments, updates and effective internal communication about new solutions.
- Participate in the development and optimization of consumer programs (trade-in, loyalty, NPS), adjusting technical solutions as needed..
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, budgeting requirements, and local legislation in all digital activities.
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management, IT, product development, business/system/product analysis or digital roles.
- Proven expertise in Jira and ticket management systems; experience setting up workflows and dashboards would be a bonus.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle and project delivery best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Higher education in IT, Computer Science, Digital Technologies/Digital Marketing or related fields.
- English proficiency; other languages are an advantage.
