HSE Inspector

UET Construction LLC is seeking a qualified HSE Inspector to support and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the Samarkand Project. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and local HSSE regulations, while promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify unsafe acts or conditions
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and permit-to-work systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports
• Support toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE campaigns
• Report incidents, near misses, and assist with basic risk assessments
• Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Coordinate with HSE Officer/Manager, client, and subcontractor HSE teams
• Participate in joint inspections and audits

Requirements
• Technical or engineering degree/diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction or EPC projects
• Experience in infrastructure, power, or industrial projects (OHTL, Substation, Solar, BESS preferred)
• Knowledge of basic HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and local regulations
• Strong site inspection and reporting skills
• Good analytical and hazard identification skills

• Proficient in MS Office
• Familiar with HSE documentation and reporting tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work on-site and travel when required
