This is not UI or product design. Your focus is on marketing visuals, including landing pages, pitch decks, business presentations, banners, infographics, email layouts, and social content that clearly and quickly communicate value.

• Advanced Figma skills
Confident work with components, variants, auto-layout, styles, libraries
Ability to maintain and strictly follow an existing brand design system
High speed of execution without loss of accuracy, consistency, or structure
• Attention to detail & structure
High level of scrupulousness and visual accuracy
Strong habit of keeping files, layers, components, and layouts clean and logical
Ability to notice small inconsistencies in spacing, alignment, typography, and hierarchy
• Automation & AI
Active use of Figma plugins to eliminate repetitive tasks
Practical use of AI tools to generate, refine, and adapt visuals
Clear interest in prompt engineering and systematic AI usage in design workflows
• Marketing-oriented design
Ability to quickly design landing pages, pitch decks, and business presentations
Strong sense of hierarchy, layout logic, and visual clarity
Solid grasp of how branding is applied consistently across marketing materials
• Portfolio
Marketing visuals, presentations, landing pages, or structured layouts
Personal, academic, or freelance projects are acceptable; execution quality matters
• Language
Confident written and spoken EnglishWhat you will do

• Design landing pages, banners, slides, and marketing visuals in Figma
• Create business presentations and pitch decks for internal and external use
• Turn raw, unstructured input into clear, logically organized visual materials
• Work strictly within brand guidelines and design systems
• Apply AI tools to speed up production without sacrificing quality
• Build marketing emails using Stripo or similar tools
• Maintain a high level of visual order, consistency and precision across all assets

Tools & skills you should already use

• Figma (daily, confidently)
• ChatGPT, Gemini, and image-generation tools as part of your workflow
• Figma plugins and automation features
• Canva, Stripo, or basic Photoshop

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video or motion tools (Runway, Kling AI, Veo 3)
• A habit of thinking in systems: slides, grids, layouts, components
• Interest in how visual structure affects comprehension and conversion

Working conditions:

• New, comfortable office in the center of Yerevan

• Working hours: 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
