Fleet service dispatcher

We are looking for energetic and attentive employees (preferably male) who want to develop their skills in the field of truck maintenance and support the operation of our fleet.

Main tasks:
Communicating with drivers, dealers and service centres (mainly in English)
Receiving and processing calls/messages about breakdowns
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Monitoring the progress of work and repair deadlines
Keeping simple records and repair histories

Requirements:
Knowledge of English (essential for communicating with foreign service centres and drivers)
Knowledge of German, Spanish, French and Italian is welcome
Understanding of car mechanics (to be able to identify problems)
Attentiveness and responsibility
Ability to quickly orientate yourself and make decisions in difficult situations
Willingness to learn quickly and work in a team
Ability to communicate with people and find solutions

Flexible 5/2 schedule, 8 hours in the office, then on call. There are on-call shifts.
