Middle+/Senior System Analyst

SaM Solutions – an international IT services and software solutions provider – is looking for an experienced System Analyst to join a prospective project for a large B2B retail company.

Main Tasks: analysis of the system and description of the operation of its functional modules, work with requirements, work with eCom platform development teams, development and maintenance of project documentation up to date and many other tasks.

Requirements:​​​​​​​

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst on web application development projects;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Hybris (CX Commerce) implementation projects;
• Strong knowledge or practical experience with the following SAP Hybris functional modules:
  • System
  • Catalog, including Products, Categories, Classification systems, Product availability;
  • WCMS
  • Users
  • Pricing configuration
  • Base Commerce
  • B2B / B2B Commerce
  • SEO
• Experience in reverse engineering business requirements;
• Experience working with complex monolithic systems;
• Experience with cross-system and cross-team tasks;
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence;
• Strong skills in information visualization and knowledge of UML, BPMN notations;
• Ability to transform requirements into tasks and provide detailed specifications;
• Experience in creating clear and comprehensive documentation (user and technical);
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and structured way (translate business requirements into technical specifications);
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Knowledge of modern requirements management and software development methodologies;
• Excellent communication skills; polite, attentive to detail, well-organized, and capable of making independent decisions within the scope of responsibility.
