About the Role:
The position of BDM is key in the formulation and subsequent implementation of the ASBIS strategy for the development of the business for the sales of the Satechi, Belkin, and iLera brands in the region of Caucasus region.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and defending to the management a business strategy including competitive analysis, marketing plan for product launch/promotion, pricing and effective supply chain, service, product certification plan, cash to cash cycle calculation, sales plan, profit plan.
- Analysis of markets and partner field in Caucasus region
- Liaising with sales, product, marketing, engineering, logistics, finance, service, management and other internal teams to implement the business strategy.
- Expanding and developing the partner field in the region.
- Negotiations with suppliers and partners.
- Team travelling to the Region (as required).
- Agreeing and signing contracts with suppliers of goods and services.
- Fulfilment of the company's plans and objectives within the framework of the assigned projects.
- Implement data collection of PSI (purchasing, sales, inventory), CPFR (collaborative planning, forecasting, replenishment) partners and other processes related to consumer business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years in sales or business development, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Understanding of the Caucasus and Central Asia specifics: key players, distribution channels, cultural and economic nuances.
- Ability to develop and implement plans for brand growth, market share expansion, and building long-term partnerships.
- Capability to effectively interact with partners, distributors, and internal teams, and conduct high-level negotiations.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and financial indicators, and make data-driven decisions.
- Frequent trips across the regions for partner meetings, trade shows, and network development.
- MS Excel at the level of a confident user.
- Confident knowledge of MS power BI will be an advantage.
- Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence and responsibility in decision making.
