The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on LinkedIn and proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and interviewing technical talent.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for specialists in various functions (IT Roles).
- Active search for candidates using various sources, conducting interviews.
- Interaction with candidates and hiring managers at all stages.
- Support of the process of adaptation of new employees.
- Participation in other HR projects and activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hiring for IT roles.
- Understanding the specifics of the IT recruitment.
- Upper intermediate English (B2).
- Be able to use various sources and search tools.
- It will be a huge plus, if you have experience of recruiting English-speaking IT specialists.
