Together with our partner - a manufacturing FMCG company - we are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the EU market.
This role is designed for a commercially strong professional who resides in the EU and holds an independent legal right to live in Europe, while collaborating with an international manufacturing company headquartered outside the EU.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the EU growth strategy for the assigned business line.
- Lead the launch and expansion of a new product category across EU markets.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels, including specialty retail and distributors.
- Build long-term partnerships with key industry players and decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements.
- Continuously optimize strategy based on market data and performance insights.

- Long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in business development or international sales within the EU, preferably FMCG.
- Proven track record of building and scaling business across European markets.
- Experience working with manufacturing companies is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English for negotiations and contract management.
- Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and ability to operate independently.
