We are looking for a senior-level Automation Lead to drive business process automation, CRM optimization, and system integrations across the Group.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, sales processes, and automation tools. You will work closely with leadership and department heads to identify inefficiencies, design automation solutions, and implement scalable systems that improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Process Automation & Systems
- Analyze and optimize business processes across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing
- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows that reduce manual work and errors
- Build reliable, scalable automation pipelines across departments
- Maintain process documentation and system logic
CRM & Sales Automation
- Optimize and customize CRM workflows (primarily Zoho CRM)
- Automate lead management, deal pipelines, reporting, and sales operations
- Integrate CRM with internal and external systems to ensure data consistency and visibility
- Support sales teams by improving usability and efficiency of CRM processes
Integrations & Tooling
- Design and maintain integrations between business systems
- Implement API-based workflows, scripts, and automation scenarios
- Research, propose, and implement automation tools and improvements
- Continuously optimize existing automations based on business feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into automation solutions
- Act as an automation and systems owner across departments
- Educate teams on automation opportunities and best practices

Technical Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Automation platforms (Zapier, Make / Integromat or similar)
- CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Python and/or JavaScript (for scripting and automation logic)
- Google Apps Script
- SQL and basic data management
- General understanding of SaaS systems and permissions
- Ability to build and maintain reliable, business-critical automation solutions.
