Material Planning Engineer (Chinese speaker)

• Responsible for creating purchase orders for raw materials and low-consumption items (including domestic and imported parts);
• Responsible for running MRP, generating PLN, preparing material balance sheets, and material rolling forecast sheets;

• Prepare purchase orders and ensure they are issued on time;

• Manage material inventory, set safety stock levels, and ensure inventory remains within reasonable limits;

• Handle abnormal orders and irregularities in material arrivals;

• Manage suppliers, conduct KPI assessments on supplier delivery timeliness, cooperation, and responsiveness to issues;

• Respond promptly to material shortages and provide solutions;

• Support new project introductions, conduct material measurements, analyze shortages, track material arrivals, and ensure materials arrive before production;

• Manage End of Production (EOP) materials, handle transitions between old and new models, and issue purchase orders for new projects while monitoring inventory in real-time to avoid material stagnation;

Requirements:

• Proficient in using ERP, WMS, MES, and Office software;
• Familiar with common tools for production and material planning such as MRP, MPS, and capacity planning;
• Knowledgeable in IATF/16949, QIBS, and ISO standards;
• College degree or above, preferably in logistics management or related fields;
• More than 3 years of relevant production planning experience, preferably in the automotive or auto parts industry
• The workplace is located in Jizzakh city.
