Distribution & Sales Specialist – Home Appliances

We are a leading distributor of home appliances in Kazakhstan, committed to delivering high-quality products to retailers and end customers. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Distribution & Sales Specialist with strong English skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution and sales of home appliances to retail partners and B2B clients.

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation.

• Ensure compliance with corporate business ethics and professional standards.

• Conduct business negotiations with local and international partners.

• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office and internal systems.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations of the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

• Experience in distribution, sales, or related fields in FMCG or home appliances.

• Strong knowledge of business correspondence, contract preparation, and office procedures.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of business ethics and professional conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems or ERP software is a plus.

• Knowledge of international trade or import/export procedures.
