Analyst (Fuel Station and Fuel Storage)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Preparation and submission of fuel consumption and inventory reports

• Analysis of fuel usage, discrepancies, shortages, and potential losses

• Data reconciliation with Fuel Management Systems

• Development and improvement of fuel control procedures

• Investigation of fuel theft/shortages and coordination with system providers

• Strong analytical skills (Power BI, Excel, Python)

• Accurate documentation of authorized fuel consumers

• Active participation in HSE activities and safety reporting

• Effective interaction with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Higher education (technical or economics)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Languages: Kazakh (Advanced), Russian, English (Advanced)

• Strong PC skills: MS Office, Power BI, JDE, SMART, Python
