Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle personnel administration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • Preparation, maintenance, and storage of HR documentation (employment contracts, orders, personal files, timesheets, leave records, etc.).

  • Administration of hiring, transfers, promotions, vacations, sick leaves, and terminations.

  • Maintenance of HR records and reporting in 1C (1С:ЗУП).

  • Monitoring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation requirements.

  • Preparation of HR reports and data upon request from management and government authorities.

  • Interaction with accounting, payroll, and state bodies when required.

  • Participation in HR audits and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (HR, Law, Economics, or related field).

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in personnel administration , preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.

  • Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • Confident user of 1C (HR / Payroll modules).

  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with confidential information.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.
