Job Description Trucking company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Power Only + Trailer Junior Dispatcher to join our operations team. In this role, you will support the coordination of power-only loads (providing tractors without trailers) and trailer-only services, ensuring efficient dispatching, load assignment, and communication with drivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in dispatching power only and trailer loads to drivers, optimizing routes for timely delivery and cost efficiency.

- Monitor load status in real-time, handling any issues such as delays, breakdowns, or reroutes.

- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and shippers to confirm pickups, deliveries, and compliance with regulations.

- Utilize dispatching software to track shipments, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.

- Collaborate with senior dispatchers to manage high-volume operations, focusing on partnerships with key carriers like JB Hunt and Schneider.

- Ensure adherence to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.

- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients in the trucking industry.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Power Only + Trailer Dispatcher or in a similar dispatching role within the trucking industry.

- Proven experience working with JB Hunt and Schneider (specific experience required; no substitutions such as Amazon).

- Must not be a current student (full-time employment commitment required).

-Ielts score of 7,5 or higher (proof of english proficiency required for nonnative speakers).

- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in dispatching software (TMS systems) and basic computer skills.

- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings/nights and weekends as needed.
