-English level B2–C1 minimum, with good pronunciation.

-Quiet, isolated workspace

-Personal computer or laptop

-Headset with microphone

-Stable high-speed internet

-Preferred: Experience working as a call center operator

-Answer incoming calls, process customer requests and inquiries via all non-voice channels (email, chat, SMS), and provide consultations about services and pricing.

-Create and schedule customer service requests for technical specialists.

-Coordinate communication between technicians and customers, and provide support for any arising issues.

-Handle conflict situations with customers.

-Make outgoing informational calls when needed.

-Stress resistance and multitasking

-Spanish at B1 level or higher will be a significant advantage
