Mission
Design, test, and scale new growth channels and offers, achieving measurable ROI and self-funding acquisition through data-driven experimentation and collaboration with Product, Sales, and CRM.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute growth and UA experiments.
- Optimize campaigns for unit-economic profitability (CAC, ROMI, payback).
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to localize offers and improve funnel conversion.
- Partner with CRM and Retention teams to extend LTV and shorten payback.
- Identify, prioritize, and scale new channels with high ROI potential.
- Document hypotheses, metrics, and learnings in Notion for reuse and scaling.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: 3-6 years in Growth, Performance UA, or Product Marketing (B2C, EdTech, subscription, or low-ticket services).
- Competence: Unit economics, CAC/LTV modelling, ROMI tracking, A/B testing, creative optimization.
- Mindset: Data-driven, experimental, entrepreneurial; comfortable with lean budgets and fast iterations.
- Language: English (B2+), Russian (B2+).
