• 3+ years of experience in the Uzbek EdTech market
• Teachers with IELTS scores up to 8.5

Your Responsibilities as a Support Teacher

Maintain active communication with students throughout their learning journey.
Monitor student progress, attendance, homework completion, and lesson activity.
Proactively reach out to students based on their performance and learning dynamics.
Conduct online consultations and short meetings with students (based on booked time slots).
Collaborate with the Academic Department to improve the quality of the learning process.

Our Requirements

IELTS 7+
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with students.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to motivate students and support their learning consistency.
Confident computer literacy (Google Docs, Sheets, CRM tools).
Experience in education or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
