About the Company

VillaCarte Group is a group of companies that began its activities in 2012. It includes development projects Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas and Layan Verde, real estate agency VillaCarte, proptech project Sabai, and hotel La Green.

As part of launching our new media project, we are looking for a SMM Manager to translate editorial vision into a strong, consistent social media presence.

Key Focus Areas

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute a content plan for Instagram and other relevant platforms.

• Ensure consistent posting rhythm aligned with editorial agenda and media voice.

Content Packaging & Copywriting

• Write concise, engaging texts based on editorial materials and real-time island events.

• Package complex topics into accessible, shareable formats.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Editorial Writer, designers and marketing team.

• Coordinate content flow and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Community Presence

• Maintain an active, responsive and relevant presence within the local and international community.

• Support the growth of a loyal audience rather than vanity metrics.

We Expect You to Have

• 3+ years of SMM experience, preferably in business clubs .

• Strong copywriting skills and understanding of content-driven growth.

• Experience working with content grids and editorial calendars.

• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple content streams.
