Finance Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
Manage travel-related finance operations, including:
a. Trip creation and validation.
b. Matching transactions to trips and splitting as needed.
c. Reviewing and validating completed trips.
Track and follow up on missing receipts with relevant stakeholders.
Approve purchase requests in line with company policies.
Organize financial documentation and assist with general administrative tasks.
Support accounting activities such as item receipts and accruals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
Requirements
Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Fluent in English.
