We are a fast-growing oil and gas trading group of company PANASIA GROUP, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Maintain the general ledger and record all types of business transactions on timely and accurate manner
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile mutual settlements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and support business objectives
- Monitor cash flow and ensure relevant documentation for made transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Support for statutory audit, provide and prepare the necessary information for audit purposes, follow-up on audit findings and recommendations
Key Requirements:
- Strong attention to details
- Solid foundation in accounting principles
- Master’s degree in accounting (finance)
- Proven 3 Years Experience as an accountant or similar role
- Experienced user of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Proficient in accounting software.
- Ability to be proactive, detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- English intermediate (written and verbal)
- Analytical mind and logical thinking
- Perfectionism
