Минск, проспект Дзержинского, 3Б
Метро: ГрушевкаThis role is not about “making creatives.” It’s about building a creative engine that actually drives growth.
We’re looking for a Creative Producer who truly understands how performance creatives work — not in theory, but in real life.
Someone who has seen ads fail, ads scale, and knows exactly why that happened.
You won’t inherit a clean, polished system. You’ll build it. From messy ideas, half-working ads, and raw insights — to a structured, repeatable pipeline of creatives that consistently perform.
You’re the kind of person who:
can look at an ad and immediately explain why it works (or why it doesn’t)
knows how to turn intuition into clear, testable hypotheses
is comfortable killing ideas fast and doubling down on winners even faster
