AI Motion Designer (UA Ad Creatives)

We’re a small team of enthusiasts building AI-powered services and products. We work fast, experiment a lot, and focus on results. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a full-time AI Motion Designer to create effective, performance-driven UA ad creatives using motion design and generative AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Create great performing user acquisition video ads for Meta and TikTok
- Take projects from brief to final render using After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
- Apply generative AI tools in daily production
- Adapt and optimize creatives for different ad formats and platforms

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in motion design for UA ad creatives
- Confident skills in After Effects
- Practical experience using AI tools in video production
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Strong organization and communication skills
