Business Consultant/Company Formation Advisor UAE

Responsibilities:

• Handling and converting incoming leads

• Conducting sales consultations with clients on company setup, compliance, and related business services

• Actively generating new leads through independent outreach, networking, and business development activities

• Following up with prospects and closing deals

• Maintaining accurate CRM records

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in business consulting (UAE company setup, bank account opening, compliance) — candidates without this experience will not be considered!!!

• Proven experience in sales within consulting or professional services

• Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes, compliance requirements, and banking procedures

• Ability to independently consult clients, assess their needs, and propose suitable solutions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proactive, result-driven mindset with strong ownership of results

Salary: AED 10,000 basic + 4% KPI
