You'll be the primary expert for your channel. The UA Producer we're looking for can evaluate the potential of a channel, drive development, look for growth points, and ensure that acquisitions perform and meet current KPIs.

What you'll be doing:
- Defining vision and shaping growth strategy for different activities of User Acquisition (attribution, fraud, etc.)
- Being responsible for a positive dynamic in your group of UA traffic sources and reaching established KPIs
- Defining priorities under which mini teams developing separate channels/UA parts will perform tasks
- Managing the development of user acquisition approaches in key channels based on their algorithms
- Establishing that all user acquisition activities either conform to pre-established purchasing algorithms or are part of an approved test with a clear and achievable goal
- Performing analytical research, generating hypotheses, and carrying out experiments
- Working autonomously with data—launching, analyzing and interpreting the results of advertising campaigns
- Working hand-in-hand with the creative team, sharing UA insights to empower and refine the creative strategy
- Building strong relationships with ad network partners/AMs and lead the adoption of new tools and testing opportunities
What we need from you:
- 3+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile games
- Experience with IAP-, hybrid or IAA-monetised titles at different stages of development (growing/mature)
- Skilled in managing multiple ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral)
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting skills
- Flexible critical thinking
- Upper Intermediate level of English to communicate with partners
